Everytime I launch FUSION 360 to begin set-up, I am greeted by a "int() argument must be a string, a bytes-like object or a number, not 'NoneType'" message. Online, I cannot find any solution to this issue and all proposed fixes do not work. Additionally, I have installed and uninstalled this program three time already (both using the auto-cleaner and manually) but still cannot get past the error screen. Is this an issue through the software itself, my laptop, or something else?

----

Operating information -

Os: Microsoft Windows 10 Education

Version: 10.0.18363 Build 18363

System: HP ProBook x36 11 G2 EE, x64-based PC

Hello Amelia-

Without seeing a screen capture of the error, my guess is that you have a Fusion 360 Add-in/Plug-in that is getting automatically ran on startup, and there is something wrong in the code that is throwing the error. We see this a lot on Plug-Ins that haven't been updated in awhile.

I recommend going into the Tools tab in Fusion 360, then select Add-Ins-->Scripts & Add-Ins. (See image1)
Then, I would click on the Add-Ins tab in the dialog that comes up. You will see a list of the add-ins you have installed. I would select each one and hit Stop, and then uncheck "Run on Startup" if it is checked. (see image2)
Do this for each one.

Then restart Fusion 360 and see if the error goes away. If it does, you know it was related to one of the add-ins. You could then turn one on, restart Fusion 360, and see which one throws the error.

Hope this helps.

I can't actually get the program to open. This error message (see attached photo) occurs after downloading, while the window shows photos along with text reading "setting up". I also do not have any add-ons downloaded, only the FUSION program.

Amelia-

Ah, ok. Thank you for the more info. I recommend doing the following:

1. Close Fusion 360
2. Browse to:

Mac

Macintosh HD > Users > (username) > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > (Lettered folder name) > W.Login

Windows

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\(Lettered folder name)\W.Login\

3. Rename the W.Login folder

4. Launch Fusion

Let me know if that helps.

I've followed the above instructions, making sure that I have re-launched and exited FUSION 360. However, when I look through the files to find what is mentioned, I do not have an "Autodesk Fusion 360" folder, the only one is labeled "webdeploy".
