How do I make this object's face contour this other shape?

So, I want the main geometric shape to have an inner face that is the same as this other contour surface shape. I was able to get one edge to meet the contour shape by extruding the face to the object (contour shape), but it wont work for the other faces. I also tried to extrude the face out and split the new body using the contour shape as the tool, but this also gave me errors.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The design 'https://a360.co/2P9Wdn7' is not clear , From the images i can guess you have converted a mesh body to a BRep body.

The BRep body has triangular faces(Mesh Facets from Mesh body), These triangular faces makes difficult to create geometric shapes.

If you can create the structure in Sculpt workspace then you will have the flexibility.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
