    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello support team.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been stuck in offline maintenance mode for the last week.&amp;nbsp; I have tried all the recommended steps in the support article for this problem with no success (flush DNS, cache, re-install, etc).&amp;nbsp; I have not changed passwords or e-mail.&amp;nbsp; The only recent change to connectivity has been the use of a VPN, but I am not able to get out of maintenance mode with or without the VPN.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to log into MyHub I get stuck at the loading screen, no error message, just never progresses past loading animation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried the other similar threads with no success, wondering if its a problem with the account itself?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also just noticing now that as I navigate between pages on the Autodesk site my account I am randomly logged out and asked to sign back in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
