Thermal simulation failing

Am trying to run a thermal simulation. But it keeps failing at the solving portion and doesn't say much why it's failing.

Just this.

I just tried a simple model, and it still fails without much errors. Attached the test file

I downloaded your file and I was able to solve the simulation successfully. Maybe there was an issue with our cloud services when you tried solving. Or maybe you have a pending update to the software.

Have you tried restarting Fusion then solve again?

Sorry, forgot to mention i was trying to solve it locally. Yes I've tried restarting Fusion with same errors.

Ah, ok. Local solve requires installing the Nastran solver. That should happen automatically. Do you have an internet connection, and have you tried Cloud Solve? It could be an issue with the local Nastran solver.

Haven't tried cloud solve as I didn't want to waste my credits on just a
test.

Have you solved locally before? If yes, did you see the message about Nastran being installed?

No this is a new computer at work. Have not run any sims on it before.
Just tried a static stress and it failed too. How can I fix it.

I tried restarting the com and still get the error.

Ok did an uninstall and clean. Reinstalled and on my first timing solving, i see the Nastran being installed. Now it works. Thanks

Ok, great to hear. I was going to tell you that you were on an older version of the software. Hopefully it is up to date now and everything will work as expected.
