    <description>&lt;P&gt;Because your Boundary is your part model. Setting it to a small value outside of that allows it to "see" the silhouette. Conversely, if you were trying to do a 3d surface (such as a mold), you would typically want to put in a small negative value so it would be guaranteed to hit everything required.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a simple shape of a cone on top of a cylinder and I can't get Fusion to generate a reasonable tool path. It won't cut to the bottom of the model. I even tried a second tool and operation but it creates an empty path. Any help would be appreciated.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It's your "Offset" value in your Geometry tab. Set it to a small value, and Fusion will go outside the boundary you defined. See attached photos&lt;/P&gt;
