I've never really researched much on the processor before its worked fine for over 2 years without issue. Not sure what's changed Any suggestions would be helpful

You probably should attach the post processor file (cps) so the forum users can take a look at it.

I honestly don't understand your suggestion. As far as I know I have always used the "stock" GRBL processor (ver 43182). It seems to have stopped working. Forgive my ignorance, I am a small hobbyist who self taught. I click post process and fusion360 has always done the rest. I am using GRBL with Universal Gcode sender if that helps. If you could explain a little better what file to post I'd really appreciate it.

You did not say what Post Processor you were using, that is why I asked. I just used the GBL post processor on one of my parts and it finished without error. Maybe the best thing to do is have your attach your Fusion 360 model so the forum users can troubleshoot it for you. To attach your file, open it in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save it to your hard drive. Then attach in to a forum post using the Attachments section.

The Post Process dialog box I used is this, does it match yours as far as the Post Processor used?
