Problems with split function

Hi,

I'm trying to split a cylinder using a sketch that contains several triangles that compose, mainly, a regular polygon with 12 sides. The poly has anyway a particular feature related to the matter that the odd vertices are a bit higher than the others, generating some kind of three dimensional shape. In case I can share the drawing it is not so "secret"...

I need to obtain two solids that have that kind of separation.

The model you shared is empty. To attach your file, open it in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save it to your hard drive. Then attach in to a forum post using the Attachments section.
