    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for a prompt response Guenther.&amp;nbsp; When I tried to create a F3D file for my post I was not able to and suspect that the cause might be the "Expired: Subscribe Now" message on my screen.&amp;nbsp; And it wouldn't be too surprising that the expired status is also breaking the ability to insert a file from my computer.&amp;nbsp; In any event it seems logical to get that matter cleared up first and I have created a new post for the "expired subscription" problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again,&amp;nbsp; Bob&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Insert&gt;Canvas, New Dialog, Where's "Insert from my computer ... "?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've used Insert&amp;gt;Canvas (when it was Insert&amp;gt;Attached Canvas) but it has apparently changed.&amp;nbsp; Now I get an Insert dialog but, unlike a recent video I found on YouTube, there is no "Insert from my computer ..." button in the lower left corner.&amp;nbsp; I am lost.&amp;nbsp; Where can I find some up-to-date help on this new Insert&amp;gt;Canvas facility?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp; Bob&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Guenther for your response and my apologizes to you and the board for failing to followup.&amp;nbsp; It turns out that the problem was that my subscription had expired.&amp;nbsp; I knew that somethings were not going to work with an expired subscription&amp;nbsp; but I did not appreciate the scope.&amp;nbsp; Nor did I expect that things which were not working would fail to put out an explicit and specific error message.&amp;nbsp; Fusion 360 is an absolutely great product but needs more focus on the user interface.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bob&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem when using the ONLINE version. If i go to INSERT CANVAS it opens up a diagolue box but does not have the "insert from computer" option. It does when i use the software on the PC, however, i have students that can only access it online and it is not there for them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help. thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The online browser version runs on a remote desktop and has no access to your local drives at all so you'll have to load from your hub.&lt;/P&gt;
