document still uploading

Hello, I have fusion 360 for personal use, and i now have 2 files stuck in my editable documents, they are just both showing a round circle spinning and have been there for ages, one of them for months, when i hover over it it is saying "document is still uploading" I have followed several autodesk community threads but they are still showing, i have deleted Q file, W.login, p.login, the alpha numerical folder etc and still these 2 files are stuck, i have also followed

File stuck in upload queue in Fusion on the support pages , which was released a few days ago, but still not working

can you please help me with resolving this please

Thanks for this, I have followed this and the options folder in the neutron folder does not exist ?

@mojothesandman I take it that you checked both locations.

Do you have personal entitlement?
