installation error

hey, i just put windows 10 on my cpu and tried downloading fusion 360 back to my cpu. i am having major errors and it keeps freezing on 70 %. i have attached a screen shot of the error that comes up after installation if it does go through and my installation logs. also sometimes when i try downloading it says insufficient permission 🤔

if anyone can please help that would be awesome!

Hi @Anonymous ,

Can you please perform an automatic clean uninstall of Autodesk Fusion 360 and then reinstall again.

While reinstalling again, If you are still able to see issue while installing, please attach latest Installation Log Files.

C:\Users\***\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log

hi i tried using the cleaner tool and it still giving me the same problems when downloading. its freezing at 18 percent and then just exits the download window.

Hi @Anonymous

From the attached log files, looks like Fusion 360 is not installing due to Permissions problem.

Follow THIS link and provide necessary permissions.
Let me know if this works.
