I'm having an issue offsetting geometry in a sketch in Fusion. I've created a solid object, and then projected features from the solid onto the sketch plane. I've been able to successfully offset some of the sketch geometry in the sketch, but the upper feature in my screenshots just won't offset beyond .003" for some reason, giving me the error "The sketch offset created no geometry."

To be clear, as shown in image "Offset 1", I can select the chain and offset it .003" no problem. However, as soon as I try to offset the chain .004" or more, the error pops up as shown in "Offset 2". I get why this could be an issue; offsetting a circle inward half it's diameter or more would just create a point, not actual geometry. But, as I showed in "Offset 3", I am NOT offsetting inward, I'm offsetting outward, so I would think this wouldn't be an issue no matter how far I specify the offset distance, but that is clearly not the case here.

I've looked though the forums and searched on Google and haven't even found a mention of this issue, so any help would be appreciated since I'm stumped at this point.

Jeff will be able to get your model is you attach it as per the instructions below.

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
