Tool library not working

When I click on anything that should open the tool library it opens a blank window. I've tried SELECT TOOL, EDIT TOOL, and just clicking the library icon on my tool bar. None of these three ways does anything different. It's not my computer because one of our other programmers is having the same issue. I'm not going to post a screenshot because a blank window is a blank window. Thank you

There are filters on the right hand side. Are any of them active?

Are you running High DPI Scaling?

Plus I haven't changed anything. These are part files that were working fine the day before and the same problem is occurring on a different computer under a different username. Wasn't Fusion updated yesterday?

i'm experiencing the same issue. from day to night the tools library doesn't work anymore, no matter what.
