Crashing when importing a file

Hi all, I hope you are well. Fusion keeps crashing whenever I try to import a file, any file be it svg, dfx or mesh.
It opens the browse for file window but then the moment you navigate away to any other folder, bam, crash!

I've tried reinstalling but to no avail. Any ideas?

Hi,

The cause is often the complexity of the sketches or the meshes (number of triangular faces).
Please upload a sample file.

Did you use the Clean Uninstall tool when you uninstalled?
