Midpoint constraint not working on arc

The midpoint constraint does not seem to be working correctly on this sketch. Am I doing something wrong? is there a better way to do this? I cant seem to use the tangent constraint either.

Looks like the equal constraint is causing the problem. When you have 3 tangents and 2 parallel constraint both arcs will be the same. Also the sketch is in 3d and I don't think the 3d sketch solver works as well as it does in 2d. Personally I create a plane in the correct place and create a 2d sketch on the plane.
