Generative design stuck on 5%

Hello,

As I am using Fusion360 Generative Design tool in my master thesis I am experiencing some pretty unusual delays in the simulations I have been launching. It usually takes up to 3-4 hours to be solved but now I have been waiting the whole day for 2 generative designs to be done. My schedule is pretty tight, as I already postponed the appointment with my lecturer because of this delay...
Could someone please have a look?

Okay problem solved!! After 48 hours it finally came to an end. I would still like to know the reason why it got stuck for so long, so if anyone has any idea that would be great.

Hi @Anonymous!

I investigated, and there seems to have been a problem on our side processing some of the jobs you submitted. We're investigating, but it wasn't anything you did wrong that caused the issue; we hit a glitch. Ultimately some safeguards kicked in and terminated the jobs that got stuck.

So sorry that it caused a mess for your presentation; I hope it goes/went well!

I just heard back from the team, and they found the issue and will roll out a fix with our next round of security & reliability updates for our cloud platform. Not fast enough to help with your presentation, but I'm glad we can address it for future users.
