Crash in Offline Log in Error "there was an error while logging in"

Hello. Team

There is something wrong with this software. While working on a large 3d file for milling in offline mode, the program crashed and closed. So i restarted and tried to log in and was presented with the message "there was an error while logging in" so i tried all your recommendations(time zone , sync, firewall, changed network, reloaded software...ect) with no success. I reinstalled on a diffrent computer and after working for a day in offline mode the same thing happened. HELP Please..

Hi,

Three possibilities come to mind.

Do you use other Autodesk products/accounts on the same machines?

Have you changed your email address in your Fusion account lately?
