Fusion360 won't upload files

Hello,

I am trying to upload some .stp files and some .dwg files in fusion360. But the download always stops at 50% and nothing else happens.

The files were exported from AutoCAD and sent to us from our Customer. The files represent relatively large industrial buildings.

Does someone know what might cause this? I already tried to reinstall fusion360 but this didn't help.

Might the size be an issue for Fusion? Or are the files propably faulty?

Hi @t-ott1 ,

While uploading non Fusion files to Fusion 360 datapanel, Fusion will do a cloud translation.
What is the size of .dwg and .stp file?

Try Uploading the file to A360 and then open the same file in Fusion 360 (Again it will do a cloud translation but see if that works).

Hi,

1. did you do a Clean Uninstall before your reinstall?
2 If, for example, the DWG is a complex structure, it is quite possible that Fusion's Sketchsolver will cause problems.
Please show the contents of the files in a screencast.
