    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i have done that before posting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But i have just gone through the process again and have the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note i dont have a proxy and i dont have DNS issues, i tried setting it to google and open DNS same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also disabled windows firewall and all its other protection as a test but i still have the same issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My other laptop is using the same WiFi and works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2021-04-24 1857172.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/911139i5D680144E7A65049/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2021-04-24 1857172.png" alt="Screenshot 2021-04-24 1857172.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Fusion 360 will not start</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please could someone offer some ideas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with a i7 1065G7 processor and 16GB RAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the system is a corporate device but has no antivirus or firewall. My user is an administrator&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fusion takes ages to get past the splash screen then loads a larger white screen and eventually stops on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;“This site cannot be reached&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;accounts.autodesk.com took too long to respond&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;checking the connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;checking the proxy and the firewall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ERR_TIMED_OUT”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As i said there is no antivirus or firewall other than windows default. I have tried disabling windows firewall/ defender etc. I have added rules in the firewall, changed DNS, confirmed route to the internet has no proxy etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have also gone through the forum and cleared cache folders, reinstalled fusion as administrator tried running as administrator.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;its driving me insane, everything else runs great.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please could someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you please delete all the installation log files in the below location&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Then &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-an-automatic-Clean-Uninstall-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html#:~:text=In%20the%20Fusion%20360%20cleaner,will%20start%20the%20uninstall%20process." target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Uninstall fusion 360 using Automation Uninstall Tool.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Install fusion 360 again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing the same error please send me the latest installation log file in the next reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally got this working it seems it was a DNS problem on my machine. i followed most of the steps in this video:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10D1IJQ2qV0" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10D1IJQ2qV0&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but in short what fixed it was:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset browser settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Set IP settings to Automictically detect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In control panel - internet options - connections - LAN confirmed "auto detect settings" was ticked and "use proxy" was not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In services.msc checked DHCPclient was running and set to automatically start&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In command prompt as administrator type the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ipconfig /release&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ipconfig /renew&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ipconfig /flushdns&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netsh winsock reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netsh winsock reset catalog&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netsh int ip reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything internet related has improved speed and response wise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for offering assistance though, hopefully this helps someone else too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
