Inserting picture does not work

Hello friends,

the problem i have is simple to explain, but that's it, because i searched now quiet a while and didn't find any answer. So here is my problem:
When i insert a picture (.jpeg, .png or .jpg) it doesn't show up. Instead when i click on "Canvases", right click on the picture to edit it, it shows me "-2147483647.n mm" for X and Y, so -2^31.

When i change it to 0mm and click "Ok" it isn't there and my file seems to be corrupted, because i cannot zoom in anymore or got to the origin, there are no gridlines and the cube in the right corner is also missing.

What can i do to insert my picture and use it for moddeling?

Hi @element2001 ,

Can you attach the design that you have issue with canvas in Fusion 360? You can export by File>Export *.f3d/*.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply.

Also it will be more clear if you create a screencast video to explain the problem.
