      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have active renewal for Fusion360 subscription and in the morning I discover my subscription has ended. Looking into billing information I see that the new renewal should be on September 29th, 2021.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How is it possible my subscription has ended like this, even though the subscription should be active?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
