Text won't extrude, exploded text problems with capital E

Suddenly, I can't extrude text in a certain font. I've used the same font in 45 other projects and had no problems, now I get "tool body creation failed" and "Failed to perform Boolean operation." The other projects were identical to the one I'm doing now. I can't just pick another font because I'm expanding I product that I sell and I'd have to throw away and manufacture tons of inventory. It worked perfectly before.

Some text will have issues. You need to attach you model and tell the forum users what the name of the font is. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
