I have used Autodesk for years. They have great products that can do great things. But can someone please explain to me why they have no clear path to speaking to customer service, emailing technical support, etc. Their support pages are just mazes that all lead to "commonly asked questions." What is the point of selling a product and then providing no support for it after? It's so frustrating to have such a simple question and have no avenue to ask it to someone at Autodesk. Do better Autodesk.

Have you tried the method built into Fusion? You can connect with support from within Fusion 360. I've used it in the past and got immediate help.

This forum is also very active and is monitored by Autodesk as well as users. Questions typically get a fairly quick responses.

While I certainly understand the frustration, assuming you are a paid subscriber, this is very straightforward and its easy to get to us:

@mcramblet is also correct in that Chat support exists in the lower right hand corner(its still in preview but should be accessible for most) and that method gets you to us in about 30 seconds.

I've called about 5 different numbers that have been sent to me through their chat customer service and they all are directed to the same line, asking for a specific ID or case number.

That makes sense, we do not have and have never had dial in phone support for Fusion 360.

Standard subscription benefits stipulate web/email as the standard support offering - while others exist for certain products in certain location - like for Fusion 360 in product chat (which I see you used!) https://www.autodesk.com/company/terms-of-use/en/subscription-benefits.

Chat is by far the quickest way to get to us. I agree we need to make this clearer and as far as i'm aware its being looked at. I am glad you brought this up as it comes up from time to time and its good to show people how to do so.

It's the diversion of help that is frustrating. Chat is the only avenue to "talk" to a human. While the chat can be helpful for simple matters, I am not able to speak to someone that specializes in the issue.
