Things to consider, the part is .75 thick and and the cutter is .24" Shank, .5" V Diameter, 90 degree bevel, the angled part is .25 in height. If that makes since. It looks like the the most it could take in one pass would be .25". I think, I would rather it take .125" the offset .125 over and down till the .75" material is all cut out.

Let me know what you think as well as which way I should go about setting up a tool path.

Thanks again,

LL

Hello,

I am currently having trouble trying to miter This rectangular shape with a 45 degree bevel on either end, with a 1/4 V Bit any suggestion of features or tool paths would be great.

I did attach a file.

I feel like it should be a fairly easy task to perform, I guess making it more complicated then it needs to be.

I would really like to figure this out, due to having multiple pieces of the exact same part or very similar.

Any help would be great,

Thanks,

LL
