I'm using a round grooving tool with a diameter of 0.1181".

When using the profile finishing toolpath I want to have -0.0015" X stock to leave, however I get "

The negative allowance must be smaller than the tool corner radius." while using that value or any other negative value I try.

Seeing as the message doesn't make sense because the round tool is much bigger than the negative stock to leave I've concluded it's a bug.

Any solutions?

Please see attached.

One of the tools has been changed in the CAM to work but the error still persists.

Yep, I see what you mean. As a workaround, define the tool as a Square insert with corner rads of .1181/2

This will allow you to input a negative Stock to Leave. I'll open a ticket today on this
