can't reinstall Fusion 360

Help when I try to reinstall Fusion 360 the streamer.exe puts up this feedback form and I can't get past it

I can click in boxes etc. but can't scroll down (I think the bit I need is down the bottom) and the cross at the top won't work have to get out by quitting streamer.exe

did you use CLEAN UNINSTALL ?

Yes I tried clean uninstall no change, doesn't seem to get to the install as I can't get past this window, I think there must be a button (next maybe) at the bottom but because there are no scroll bars I can't get down to it.

thanks for the input found the problem. I re-ran the install for the "£$% time but this time there was a setup % on the banner that I could not see before all I had to do was wait for it (it's very hard to see when the banner pic is dark see pics) and fusion installed and the feedback window closed without input perhaps someone how knows how can pass this onto the Autodesk people
