I have problem when put in English version

Since the last update I had the problem that when I left it in English, the program let me see only the autodesk fusion360 logo on the desktop, when I opened the same menu. The only way I managed to eliminate that error was by leaving it in German, but I don't know German so it was of no use to me. I wrote them but they never gave me any answer

reinstall everything delete folders and registers and I still have the same problem my laptop is a dell G5 5505 ryzen 5 graphics Radeon RX5600

don't work still the same problem only ln German work fine. Still don't know German. Sameone They have the same problem i'm sure. People wrote un post tell about to change to German
