Why does my whole sketch turn green (in manufacture)

Idk why my whole sketch is turning all green in manufacture and it won't cut the hole I made in (simulation).

I'm making a fimple washer 2"X2" with a 0.6 center whole.

this is how its supposed to turn out I've followed all his steps and it still turns green.

That option only shows up in the Manufacture environment, and you are in the Design space 😉

I have the crossfire pro with the THC and the razorsweld cut 45 plasma cutter .

Idk if that changes anything . I'm new to this

I checked the display in process and it was already checked.. I'm going to unchecked it to try if there's a diff

Perfect it's no longer green but I can't get it to cut the center hole I can't seam to get the same thing as the guy from YouTube. And I followed all his steps .the only thing I didn't change was my feds I kept it from factory

File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Oh. Does your machine REALLY have a .55" Kerf Width (seen in your Tool Definition)?

The issue is that the Kerf size versus the hole size, in conjunction with your lead-in/out settings is preventing the toolpath from calculating. Change the Kerf to reflect actual, and then adjust your lead-in/out setting to suit.

ah okok thats why you have any idea what the kerf may be

i have the razorweld cut 45 and it doesnt come with that info and i couldnt find it in a forum... i just putted the values from the langmuire tutorial videos...

I haven't the foggiest, but I'd suspect in the .06 to .1" range

i changed the kerf to 0.15 i got that value from google not sure if its the right one but at least i got on idea of the problem. thanks so much.
