Gear generator is not able to generate gears with more than 250 teeth.

Hello, I would ask for help with gear generator.

For my project I need to generate internal spur gear with 267 teeth.

The generator is able to generate only gears up to 250 teeth.

Is there any possibility to overcome this problem? Some setting or patch or something?

You give no clue as to the Gear Generator you are trying to use. Is it an Add-In to Fusion? Anyway, I use an Add-In called FM Gears and it has no issues generating gears with your required tooth count. Here is a link to the Fusion Add-In if you would like to load it. The generated gear is attached.

Hello John,

thank you very much for your reply. I didn't know there are more than one add-in for Autodesk to generate the gears.

I use GF Gear Generator. And this generator had the issue.

I will install the FM Gears for sure. Thank you for your tip, and generated gear.

I am sorry to inform you but the latest Fusion Update has broken FM Gears Add-In. I know the author of the Add-In is aware and this and is attempting to remedy the problem.
