whenever I open fusion and start sketching within 5 min error occurs and software crashes.

Hello @Anonymous ,

Sorry for the trouble you are facing.

I request you to please provide the CER ID.

Please follow the steps to get the CER ID :

Once you get a crash, you get the CER dialog
Add you email ID to the edit box where it mentioned.
Now under comments section add the steps which leads to crash.
Click on send report, once you click send the default browser will open.
Now you will get a CER ID in the default browser of your PC.
Paste the CER ID to this chat.
