Why cant I create flat pattern?

I need to create a flat pattern of this model so I can optimize the materials for shear cutting.

I've created a similar model with the same steps before but this time it doesn't work.

Started by creating offset sketches for each end. Then Surface Lofting, thickened and Converted to sheet Metal.

I tried to Unfold too but an error window pops saying it's caused by a model error.

Sides are not planar - you can test this by attempting to create a 2D sketch on the faces.

Now let me take a deeper look...

Duplicated Dimensions?

Dimensions don't match?

Kind of hard to not notice the sketches not fully defined.

Did you notice that I Attached a file with corrected geometry in my previous response?
