hi i want to create beehive at the end. I wanted to create some polygons for this then I ll use pattern tool to increase the number of polygons. my problem is I want to give dimensions in between to each shape but when I choose two sides of different polygons I see an angle dimension instead of distance. how will I change it? and how will I make them come together from the sides perfectly?

Use more constraints,

Vertical, horizontal or parallel, and then Equal before the dimension.

Do one and pattern in the modelling area

Sketch patterns are not recommended.

Might help....
