Hi @jIHADk, sorry I couldn't answer your question completely or correctly. what I meant is "in fusion one person can own one team". since you have had a team on your name, you cannot create another one.

so what I generally suggest is to have different projects each for an academic year.

Maybe you can give it a try like this:

1. every student will have their own team and

2. You had a team maintaining Projects like:

2020-Fall (Previous year work)- Closed (type of project)

2021-Fall (Current year work)- Open (type of project)

3. All your Students would be accessing your team, (can be achieved if you both are in the same domain)

4. once they join your team and so your 2021-Fall Project, they will have edit permissions to add or create a design in that.

Would it solve your need?

and FYI.. definitely they can invite you to their team, by sending an invite to your email and with that, you can actually view their data/Projects.

Regards,

Unable to creat a new team to my new IED class school year 21-22, I was able to do that last year and my students were able to shear their work with me and on collaboration File . I was preparing for new year and started with set up my Fusion 360 so my first step was trying to create a new team then I recognized that my account shows like a group account and I am just a member were unable to create a new team.

Thanks for using Fusion. Fusion rule book says that one person can have one team(created) only and can be part of multiple teams. And if you like to join other teams then, there are these 2 options:

1. ask them to invite you to their team.

2. Auto join if both of you are of the same domain. Eg: name@xyz.com (where xyz is a domain that is not a public domain).

If my post answers your question, please click the "Accept Solution" button. This helps everyone find answers more quickly!

Unfortunately you didn’t answer my question correctly, because I following couple of Fusion 360 on YouTube and I see where the see their account under their names and list of their teams have been already created and they have been able to create an new teams. So the user can see his name with one head and see each team with three heads. My account comes as three heads as like I was invited but don’t have a account. And how I can tell my students to creat a team and invite me. I am the teacher and should be the owner of the team so I can give a feed back and help them in edit if needed. What you said completely wrong.
