I need to perfectly align the dotted line down the Centre of the aircraft. This is how i expect it to work, put the pivot point at the spinner and simply rotate it left or right until the center line runs exactly center. Fusion 360 insists on having it in the middle?????

There is no way to adjust Pivot for the Canvass.

Make a temporary sketch on top of it, draw a vertical line, and trace the centre line.

Measure the angle, then edit Canvass and rotate by the measured angle. While you are at it, unhide the Origin and then move the Spinner to Datum.

Delete the angled line.
