topic Sketch line symbols chart in Fusion Support Forum

Hi all!

I searched around on this but nothing popped up.

I come across symbols in Fusion 360 along my line work while following tutorials that I just can't figure out what they are trying to tell me. A simple chart of communication would be really nice for quick reference rather than digging through the internet blindly. Can anyone point me to such a chart? Thanks so much!

A neat feature would be a dictionary/define button in 360 that allows a user to click on UI elements for a definition/context. Just an idea! Maybe it's already in the software and I just don't know it... Thanks again, friends!

EDIT: I discovered that when you click a symbol it is defined in the bottom right! But maybe a chart would still be handy.

Open a file, and create or edit a sketch,

In the top menu, to the right of Modify you will find a Menu drop down called Constraints, and the ribbon for it.

Long hover each one to allow the popout help, tell you what they do.

The icons on the ribbon are coloured the icons in your sketch are grey, but one and the same.

If you search hard enough for old tutorials, that menu was in the side Sketch Palette.

Might help....
