"Spiral" Tool Path?

Using 2-D Adaptive Clearing to machine a circular pocket gives me a nice spiral tool path from the inside out. I would like to use the same type of "spiral" tool path to machine away material around a circular boss in the center of my part from the outside in. I've tried a variety of different approaches but don't see a way to make it work without the step-overs. I've searched YouTube and this forum and can't find what I'm looking for. Am I missing something obvious or is this something Fusion isn't capable of?

For me, just selecting the face (not the edge) produces a spiral from the outside.

I finally got the time to actually program the operation and although it's more like the true spiral tool path I'm looking for, it still has step-overs - they just aren't as obvious.

Adaptive is going to try and make the shortest toolpath, not the prettiest so it will depend a bit on the cutter and part size.

3d spiral might do what you want but be carful the cutter needs to be bigger than any holes in the face.

Setting up something like this looks quite good.

I tried that approach previously but couldn't get it to work, apparently because I didn't designate a center point. That's exactly what I'm looking for so I'll give it another try. Thanks again!
