Hi there,

I've been using the educational browser access on my macbook pro as it's running high sierra which is no longer compatible with the latest version of Fusion. Up until now it's been working ok but it currently keeps going to a blank black screen once Fusion boots up. Has anyone encountered this using a mac and possibly have a solution?

I've tried deleting history and cache, logging out and back in and this worked once or twice before but no longer.

Many thanks,

Ahilan

Thank you both for responding. I have been using Chrome mostly and will go through the FAQs. As I'm using browser access only I'm not sure that uninstalling will help...? Thanks for the suggestion. So far the only thing that seems to work (sporadically that is!) is deleting internet history and cache.

The uninstall instructions are for Windows machines, but I think the original post was about browser access on Chromebooks, which is the problem I have sporadically with some of my students as well. It will load to 100% and then go to a black screen.
