[Bug](Fix: Reinstall Fusion 360) Graphics issue with Drawings when the Nvidia driver is concurrently installed.

I saw another post about the issue, but was unclear how that had happened, until it happened with me. Although for me, it was only drawings portion and the decals in model mode that suffered degraded visual effects, pdf export itself was fine. Attached the video, screenshot for reference.

Solution: Simply used the Fusion 360 cleaner and reinstalled the program.

So, I believe the issue was caused by Nvidia drivers updating concurrently as Fusion is running. As I have Nvidia updates to install automatically, I was in middle of drawing and then Fusion crashed as the screen flashes when the driver is updating. I figured I might as well reinstall the driver, but that didn't help.

Anyway, Just wanted to notify.
