If you are uploading a F3Z file, this is always what it does. This type of file is created because it contains "Linked" components so it must upload them to maintain its integrity. Fusion 360 has no idea if your existing files are the latest and satisfy the requirements of the assembly file you are uploading, so it will always upload a copy of all included linked files. To avoid this, either do not accept F3Z files or upload to a temporary folder, do what you want with it, then throw it away.

I will bet you posted a F3Z file to the forum in one of your questions and then received one back. Normally someone answering a Forum question will upload to a temporary folder and then discard it when finished. They could break all the component links, if possible, and return a F3D file but that is a lot of work. You could also do it before posting to a temporary assembly putting the work in on your end.

I've been using F360 hobbyist version for years. Had no problems until now that I'm trying to "Upload" a file from my computer. Every time that I select this option, F360 finds the file but then does NOT upload the file I found but rather begins to re-upload some older files I uploaded previously, creating duplicates of the files I already have in the cloud. Here's an example screen of what I see. I don't want to upload these files anymore. Please help me get rid of them in the job status DBX. What's going on? Even if I select "clear cache" or remove and reinstall F360 the problem is still there.
