I have used your software for 2 years and programmed with the turning and milling part of the manufacturing tab 5 days a week. Up until yesterday I have only experiences random crashing on big 3d milling programs. This is a very simple ID contour. It has happened with both the roughing contour (one model) and the finishing contour (another model) it happens during generation. Lastly, I have a new computer with RX480 GPU. Setting it to a value less than 10 degrees is needed. I quickly sketched the insert in CAD to double check my "napkin math" and it appears a value of 5-7 degrees should be required, based on the insert definition. Setting it to one of those values allowed the toolpath to simulate with no issue.&nbsp;</P> <P>Now, it does appear that there may be an issue with Fusion, since this should technically be possible to do even with improper values.
