Cant Extrude Solid Object

As shown in the screen shot below, the highlighted feature is not being recognized as a face no matter what I do and thus I cannot extrude it. I've also attached the file itself for anyone who wants to do some more hands on testing to see what's wrong.

There are sections of the sketch that are below the other sketch basically fix that so the sketch is all on one plane

How can it be broken if I drew each line from the previous point to a new
point?

Your sketch has

duplicate articles over the top of each other, and

is not on the sketch plane,

fixing these two problems, does not fix the problem of no profile.

Divide and conquer has not worked.

Might help....
