Can't view version history of document

Hey,

I'm trying to load a previous version of my design, but it doesn't let me load it in the desktop app. When I click on the version dropdown, it just loads forever.

If I click on "View Details on Web", it lets me view the model. There's an option for "Open in Desktop", but when I do, it only loads the most current version.

How can I access and edit my previous versions here?

Additionally, sometimes it just says all my documents are v1 (and still can't load anything other than the current version)?? Not sure what's going on..

currently having an issue opening any document...seems to open then crashes closed, but the program is open

@undrosaram Can you try if the below method works:

Open the latest version.
Right-click on the file name in the browser tree and select the History option.
The History dialog appears. Select the version you want to open and click on the open button.
It will open the selected version.
