      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi This morning completely unable to start Fusion 360 , rebooted etc downloaded new installer - message you have multiple installers running at the same time! - This is after deleting and Uninstalling Fusion 360 and COLD Rebooting from OFF&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Imnstallation Log File Attached&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Geoff&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>When you run the clean uninstall utility, make sure 'keep offline data' is unchecked. Additionally, make sure no other instance of Fusion or anything related to Fusion is running in the task manager. (ideally this should not occur after a fresh boot). Otherwise it could be something blocking it, like anti-virus.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This last two months I have done three "clean uninstalls and re-installs." Just a short while ago, I accidentally stuffed up a .dat file causing me to re-install windows, so I decided to go for Win 11. Fusion worked fine, and tonight 9/12/2021 it does not load again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is always the same problem. As soon as I go offline, (turn WiFi off) Fusion 360 works fine. Turn on the WiFi and it dies soon enough. Starting up while online, gets as far as loading the file tree on the left, then it dies. It appears two log files were created a minute apart. I am attaching both, in case it helps. The ***2604 log has a 1 minute earlier time stamp.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
