Horizontally dimensioning between circles

For some reason I can only dimension the distance between the first circle to the second at the weird angle in the picture. I would like to dimension it this way:

After the dimension's created you can't change from aligned to vertical so you'll need to delete and add again. Normally you can move the mouse to change from aligned the horizontal\vertical but if you can't get this to work you can right click while the dimension's active and specify the type you want.

Is your Origin in a logical position making use of obvious symmetry?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Are you horizontal lines constrained Horizontal?

Are your arcs Tangent?

Are you attempting to follow a Tutorial or other instructions (I have seen this design posted here in the past)?

Is everything on the same sketch plane (a 2D sketch rather than a 3D sketch)?

What happens if you select the 3 circles, Right Mouse Button and select Move to Sketch Plane?
