Fusion 360 Freezes during start up

When loading Fusion 360 it appears to freeze with a white box/failed loading element overlay. (see attached)

When loading Fusion: the splash screen appears, the sign in page prompt appears followed by the regular "Autodesk Fusion 360" title page appears. however the issue appears just as you expect the program to load.

The programs appears responsive and hasn't total crashed just frozen - hitting alt+f4 shows the program as expected briefly just before it closes completely.

It appears as if there is a incorrectly loaded element over the Autodesk Fusion 360" title page, Alt+F4 closes it and then the application follows.

The issue is affecting a large number of machines 30+ and has worked previously

Have tried/checked:

Event log shows nothing abnormal

Clearing the NMachineSpecificOptions.xml & LoginState.xml

Reinstalling the software does not resolve the issue

My only thought is the the element not loading is an online element and the traffic to it is being blocked.

Can someone also advise what URL's fusion calls to load or suggest something I haven't tried.

I read through the articles have as well as tried the various fixes but unfortunately the issue still persists.

Based on the original screenshot provided, I still believe the issue to be popup/notification traffic that's been blocked by our systems causing whatever that white box overlaying the splashscreen to not load.

Can you advise what "should" load after that splashscreen, be it a "welcome to Fusion message" or a "whats new" ect

I plan on having the device run of a 4g network, not filtered by us to confirm the issue is as described if however you have any other fixes to try please do let me know.
