ASSEMBLY CONSTRAINT ERROR

No matter what I do, I can't seem to get this last spot constrained. I am trying to add a rigid joint in the area shown to fully constrain the part. Can anyone please help?

Shouldn't it be a revolute joint? You might also need to unground the outer leg.

If you actually need a rigid joint you'll need the correct angle as the slot will only let the leg rotate to this point. The 2 images show the total travel.

If you really want a rigid joint and the outer leg grounded you'll need to set the rotation to -31.955164363 deg. You can get this by setting the joint to rotational then double click the angle generated and copy. Edit the joint, change to rigid and paste the rotation angle.

I have tried using a revolute joint and tried entering in the exact angles.
Nothing is working. This is why I attached the entire file.

Strange, it worked for me as soon as I changed to a revolute joint. Maybe try saving the design and close Fusion and restart. Or try loading the file you uploaded here and see if that works.

@ReachShaun Here's the file as well with it setup with a rigid joint and the angle set to -31.955164363 deg.

Thank you! This is very odd because if you attempt to simply delete the rigid joint and add a new revolute joint, it causes an error every time. Now, my task is to run a load stress test. I am preparing the mesh now.

I took a different path than @HughesTooling did. I had the same experience as @ReachShaun - I just deleted the rigid joint and re-created a new Revolute, which failed. But, because I was not sure what geometry to pick, I had to change the type to Cylindrical. This is a good trick in general: when revolute fails, try a Cylindrical. Sometimes, if the geometry is not 100% accurate, this can make things work.
