Cannot install because Windows can't find the path: WinError -2147024893

I've tried to turn off all security and ran the .exe as admin. Streamer log attached.

Any takes on what might be the problem?

Did not fix it. The file the system can't find is on a external server. The Fusion Cleaner returns a message: "Cleaning process finished with some errors"

I.ve fixed the problem. I'm not sure what worked. Could've been as simple as my desktop was stored in a cloud. Moved it into the C: directory.
