Help with setting up CAM for machining slots

Hello

I am trying to mill some closed slots into the base of a storage box but can't work out the correct work flow.

Within the Manufacture workspace, I have tried using the Slot tool. My slots are bigger than any of my cutting tools so this was not successful.

I have been able to get somewhere with the 2D pocket tool, but as you can see from my screen shot, when I've set up the part adjacent to it the tool path has increased to mill both parts in one. I am assuming that this is the issue but cannot work out how to rectify it.

I have attached the working file but please be warned, each part has been made as a separate file (my husband is designing it and complained that fusion kept crashing when he tried modelling it in one file).

Hey, thanks for bringing your question to the forums!

So the issue lies in your selections of "Stock Contours". What I'd do, is toss those out and just select the bottom of each pocket:
