Please help for the renew of of education license

Hi! I am a high school teach and I am teaching DAT. I can you fusion 360 this morning but it suddenly tell me that my license is expired.

OK, then, I click the orange icon(fig. 1),

then click the button "Fusion 360 for educational use", (fig. 2)

then I click the sign in button (fig. 3)

after sign in, I get a products page, so I click the "get product" icon (fig. 4) and access (fig. 5)

after that I get a Fusion 360 Client downloader.

This process is keeping repeat and repeat, I can't find any website page to tell my upload my school ID or letter or anything, this problem also happen to my colleague, some of my student(who sign up the education license 2 years ago)

This is a HUGE SERIOUS PROBLEM to me and my school, I can't teach anything now, please, anyone can help me and my school???

Hi,

The same thing happened to me today without notice and adequate room for manoeuvre.
Perhaps @Phil.E can give some hints for a solution?

Hi @genius169 and @g-andresen,

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with renewing access to Fusion 360.

After you click the "ACCESS" button, are you signing out then back in to Fusion? If not, please give that a shot. If you're able to click the "ACCESS" button after signing in to your account, that should update the educational entitlement for you.

If you're still having difficulty, could you please direct message me with your email address? I'd like to take a look at your account.

I can only get a "Fusion360 Client downloader" repeat and repeat every time I try this processing, and I click the "downloader" to install, a new fusion 360 window come out, nothing has changed, still "Expired"

I asked my students yesterday, almost all of my 60 students suddenly become 30 days trail version from education license, this problem happened to my colleague in September, now, it happened to me and my students....

If you have an educational subscription is expiring unexpectedly before the end date, can you provide collect the diagnostic log files and reply with the files attached?

This will greatly aid in our investigation.

It's OK now!!!!!Thank you very much......thank you!!!!

But, is there a better way to deal with this problem? I get more than 60 students and most of them suddenly get this problem, and also my colleague, how can they deal with this issue???

@innovatenate @gabe.anderson I also have this problem with my fusion 360. I have been accessed the student license for some years, and I am still a student in college now. But fusion 360 suddenly said my education license is expired now, and I can't find anyplace to renew or re-access my account. How can I fix

After the first start, everything ran normally again today and also after I closed the application and started it a second time.
