      <title>Fusion crashes after 10 seconds working online</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I'm facing strange behavior since Yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I start Fusion and let it be online, it starts to download update. When on 4% fusion crashes without any notice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I switch it to work offline before it crashes, and than put it online again, it stays alive, but the update won't download anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions what to look for?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JJ&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reporting this.&amp;nbsp; Please uninstall and reinstall Fusion 360 and see if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Please let us know:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Does the crash show a report to submit? If it does please do submit the crash.&lt;BR /&gt;2.       <description>&lt;P&gt;(For anyone who is reading this post looking for a solution)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm looking into an issue of crashing on start. There is a workaround. Details below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have time and can help, I need you to please email me a file that is suspected to cause the problem. After that, you can remove the file and Fusion should start normally.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The file is:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;NsCloudBrowserCache_autodesk___.dat (the _ will be a number)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is found here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\[long alphanumeric string]&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-a-manual-reset-of-the-Data-Panel-in-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;This article&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(for a different problem) has detailed instructions for finding this file if you have any trouble following the path above.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can email me this file please, to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:phil.eichmiller@autodesk.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;phil.eichmiller@autodesk.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;it will help greatly in the debugging. After that, please delete this file and restart Fusion 360. Please let me know if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;
