Educational license expired how to convert to personal licence

Hi,

Since I no longer qualify for a educational license and the educational license has expired, how can I gain access to a personal license?

Have tried to download the personal version (deleting local cache, de-installing, etc.), but to no avail.

Hopefully someone can help me since I do like the software!

Thank you Günther, for your response!

However, that is what I have tried and as I mentioned, does not do anything.
The method described there is with a NEW account only. (and even then it is tricky not to end up with a 30 day trial first, after which you have to follow the procedure mentioned in the link you shared)
